Tom Ryan is Chief Financial Officer of ColRich and a member of the company’s Executive Team. In this role, he oversees accounting, tax, legal, insurance, technology infrastructure, financial reporting and cash flow management. He works closely with the CEO and COO to support ColRich’s continued growth and long-term investment strategy.

Tom is a seasoned finance professional with nearly 30 years of progressive experience, primarily within private real estate organizations. He brings deep expertise in financial strategy, capital markets, asset management and investor relations. Tom has been successful in driving financial process transformation and technology modernization, implementing advanced systems that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls and support scalable growth.

As a leader, Tom prioritizes sensibility, practicality, adaptability and dependability. He has helped guide organizations through periods of growth, market volatility and complex transactions, consistently positioning them for long-term success. His philosophy on building enduring value aligns with a favorite quote from Warren Buffett: “Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a California Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Outside of work, he serves as a board member of North Park Little League, enjoys camping and skiing with his teenage children, and playing golf.
