Tom Halsey brings a strong work ethic to ColRich where he oversees capital markets including debt and equity for all multifamily and development investments. His primary focus is leading investor relations as well as managing the more than $1 billion of equity investments from institutional partners, family offices and high-net-worth investors. Since joining ColRich in 2012, Tom has prioritized cultivating relationships with the Company’s broad base of investors, providing the accessibility to management and personalized service for which ColRich is known. He has held positions at Sabal Financial, TriMont Real Estate Advisors and The Corky McMillin Companies over his 20-plus-year career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University. Tom enjoys family travel and serving as a youth sports coach for his three children. He has also served as President of the Board of Trustees at his children’s elementary school. He believes that life should be an adventure, a wild ride lived at full speed.
