In his 17 years at ColRich, Steve Butler has been integral in the growth of the Company’s multifamily portfolio from 1,300 units in 2007 to more than 20,000 units today. He oversees ColRich’s acquisitions strategy focused on value-add, residential real estate in high-growth markets throughout the South Central and Western United States. He brings creativity and innovation to the acquisition process from finding the right opportunities in a cyclical market to capitalizing investments in unique ways. Prior to joining ColRich, Steve served as Manager of Acquisitions and Forward Planning for Ryland Homes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colgate University.
