Michael Roos oversees the performance of the Company’s multifamily investment portfolio which has grown exponentially during his 12 years with ColRich. He leads asset management projects including renovation programs, provides mentorship to his internal team, oversees third-party property management partners and optimizes performance metrics. In his 30-year career, Michael has held positions at BRIO Investment Group, RREEF Funds, California Federal Savings and Loan, and Lincoln Property Company. He lives by the words “work hard, play hard,” which carries over to his personal life where his favorite pastime is being active outdoors with his wife and two children. Michael graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. He also received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. Michael supports a myriad of community-based groups including environmental, affordable housing and arts organizations.
