With more than two decades of homebuilding industry experience and 16 years at ColRich, Kelly oversees all aspects of design, renovation and marketing for development and multifamily businesses. She also leads CoRich Thrive, a unique service-delivery program for the people and families who live at Company properties. A pivotal part of Kelly’s role is management of ColRich’s award-winning, in-house design company. Her forte is transformative design, finding creative ways to achieve maximum impact while staying true to a project’s vision. From bringing blueprints to life to choosing the raw materials for a property renovation or leasing office, she takes pride in presenting a high-quality finished product that stands apart. Kelly also directs the Company’s multifamily renovation team, managing personnel and activity in eight states. Lastly, she oversees all marketing initiatives for ColRich and its portfolio. Her favorite quote, “Nothing will work unless you do” (Maya Angelou), is a testament to her strong work ethic, resourcefulness and initiative. Kelly is a graduate of San Diego State University and enjoys spending time camping, hiking and boating with her husband and two daughters.
