James Evans is a full-circle ColRich team member, having begun his career as one of the company’s acquisitions analysts before relocating to South America to join a hospitality startup. A decade later, he returned to ColRich as Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations. In the intervening years, James focused on advising and investing in hospitality and experiential assets. He led the full-cycle execution of the acquisition, capitalization and $9 million renovation of a 150-room hotel property in Hawaii, following his tenure as a Vice President at Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment manager. James is a seasoned real estate investment professional who applies analytical rigor and disciplined execution to drive growth and competitive differentiation in dynamic markets. His experience spans institutional investment, financial structuring and real asset management with expertise in complex transactions and long-term value creation strategies. He holds a degree in Urban Planning from UC San Diego.
