Dan Korman, CPA, is an experienced finance and operations professional serving as Controller of ColRich. Adept in process flows and controls, he oversees accounting and tax operations, cash management, forecasting and budgeting, treasury functions and quarterly distributions in support of the company’s strategic growth. Prior to joining ColRich, Dan was Vice President of Accounting at Guild Mortgage Company in charge of internal and external financial reporting, tax and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. His 15-year career spans complex organizations and fast-paced environments, equipping him with a strong command of both technical accounting and practical business execution. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Quinnipiac University’s Accredited School of Business. He is skilled in partnering effectively with executive teams and brings a steady, solutions-focused leadership mindset. In his free time, Dan enjoys being outdoors, traveling with his wife and fantasy football.
