With 15 years of real estate industry experience, Jay specializes in the Company’s mission-critical California and Washington portfolios, encompassing approximately 4,000 multifamily units. He has successfully guided both new construction and value-add renovations at multifamily properties, bringing them to stabilization and full lease-up. His expertise in business plan execution, forward projections, performance analytics, and cash management has been honed in his 12 years at ColRich. Jay has created standardized best practices to improve operating efficiencies and streamline internal and external reporting. He also takes the lead on business development initiatives such as smart home technology and Managed Wi-Fi among other expense-saving efforts. An integral part of Jay’s role is oversight of the asset management analyst program. Having started at ColRich as an analyst himself, Jay is passionate about growing internal talent, which aligns with ColRich’s culture of caring about the well-being of others. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis from San Diego State University and enjoys boating in Mission Bay with his wife and two boys.
