Jason Siler brings over two decades of multifamily business experience to ColRich where his roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic has helped drive the Company’s apartment portfolio success. He currently oversees nearly 8,000 multifamily units within the Mountain region including Colorado and Utah. In addition, Jason directly manages critical property management company relationships across the entire multifamily portfolio. His background in operations and management have helped generate significant operational efficiencies, produced portfolio-wide best practices and grown the ColRich multifamily portfolio across regions. Jason also directs special corporate projects and strategic initiatives that serve as revenue sources for both the Company and its multifamily properties. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Real Estate from Rollins College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Jason is a Certified Commercial Investment Member designee, recognized as a leading expert in commercial investment real estate. He is a guest lecturer at the University of San Diego, where he shares his experience with asset management and real estate classes. On weekends, Jason looks forward to hitting tennis balls and skiing with his daughters.
